Shipping Info: We're based in Pennsylvania & Germany. Most merch orders are fulfilled within Germany.

Unless stated otherwise, all our CDs are printed by the US company "Kunaki". They fulfill the shipping via USPS and or UPS. They are shipped from NY.
Orders from Kunaki may take up to 7 to 12 days to fulfill. Be patient!

GERMANY:
If the product description does not state that it is from Kunaki, then chances are that it's being shipped from Germany.
Orders will take a little longer to complete. Aprox. 5 days. Feel free to contact Terminal/Harmonic in our discord server or use our contact form on Bandcamp if it's any longer than that.

All orders are shipped using Deutsche Post. Due to COVID, items may take up to a month to deliver. If items get lost or take longer to arrive, contact us immediately.

Return Policy: Items may be returned if sufficent evidence is provided.
We will NOT accept returns due to: Mockup expectations. Broken CD or Cassette cases. (These are easily replaceable).
